Did you know there are 1.4 billion highly sensitive people (HSPs) in the world – or one out of every 5 people? Many are not aware of this scientifically proven, neutral, innate trait, and most are not aware that 50% of this population is male. That is why I am excited and honored to shine light on this topic as one of 14 special guest participants in the Global Highly Sensitive Men’s Summit Experience happening THIS Saturday and Sunday, March 20 and 21, 2021.
This Global Men’s Summit is an inclusive experience for teens, men, and women who are curious to explore the inner world of highly sensitive men. It is for those who want to learn how to better support young male HSPs, adult male HSPs and, it is for women who want to ensure that the sensitive men in their life are understood, valued, and thriving.
Topics discussed in this Global Men’s Summit are dating, masculinity, emotional intelligence, overwhelm, perceiving the world, transformations, relationships, potential and so much more. Each day you can watch different episodes of the 7 videos series, and then jump into the experience afterward to ask questions of the speakers or just observe and enjoy the conversations.
This two-day event is FREE and offered so generously with love from Susanne de Munck Mortier, founder of the International HSP Center in Tuscany, Italy. I first met Susanne at the 29th HSP Gathering Retreat in Duebbkold, Germany. In this photo, she is in the center, back row in the light-colored sweater. Since then she has allowed her passion for empowering HSPs to flourish and has created many opportunities to educate, inform and connect HSPs around the world.
Besides myself, participants you may recognize in this Global Summit Experience are Will Harper, Diana Sinelnikova (producers of the documentary: Sensitive: The Untold Story 😉 Tracy Cooper, Ph.D., author of Thrill and Thrive, John Hughes, Michael Smith, and others you will surely want to meet and hear from! (If you haven’t yet seen the documentary, you can rent or purchase it here: https://www.sensitivethemovie.com ) Many public libraries share this documentary for free via a library service called Kanopy.
Once registered you will receive a Welcome video from Susanne, explaining what to expect and how to view the 14 video presentations/interviews previously recorded. The day before the summit experience (Friday, 19 March) you will receive a link to join the ‘live” summit experience opportunities — one on Saturday, 20 March and again on Sunday, 21 March at 7:00 pm (Italy.) I will be attending both the live summit experiences, along with the other guest speakers. You will have time to ask questions, and most importantly listen and learn from the diverse, yet similar, perspectives from highly sensitive men.
I am looking forward to learning from the many diverse perspectives and voices of highly sensitive men, and I hope you are too.
with care and anticipation,
